Course Registration Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to paid courses, study groups, training programs, and other educational instruction offered by Bowser Media Group, LLC dba Let’s Talk Cabling (“Let’s Talk Cabling”). By registering for, purchasing, or participating in a course or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Educational Purpose

Let’s Talk Cabling provides independent educational training for telecommunications and information and communications technology (ICT) professionals. Course content is intended for educational purposes and should not be considered engineering, legal, safety, regulatory, or other professional advice.

References to industry standards, certifications, publications, organizations, manufacturers, or products are made for educational purposes and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval unless expressly stated.

Registration and Payment

Registration is not complete until any required registration information and payment have been received.

Course dates, schedules, format, duration, pricing, and other details are provided on the applicable course page or registration materials and may vary by program.

Course access and registration are for the individual student and may not be transferred or shared without prior approval from Let’s Talk Cabling.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Schedule Changes

Unless otherwise stated for a specific course, registration fees are non-refundable once course materials or access have been provided or the course has begun.

For the 11-week Telecommunications Design Study Group, students may cancel their registration within seven (7) calendar days after the course begins and receive a full refund. After the seven-day cancellation period has expired, no refunds will be issued.

Let’s Talk Cabling reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel a course when reasonably necessary. If Let’s Talk Cabling cancels a course and does not provide a reasonable alternative, affected students will be offered an appropriate refund or credit.

No Certification or Exam Guarantee

Participation in a Let’s Talk Cabling course does not guarantee successful completion of any certification, examination, licensing requirement, or other professional credential.

Practice questions, quizzes, sample examinations, and other assessments are educational tools intended to reinforce course material. They are not official examination questions and should not be interpreted as actual examination content or as a prediction or guarantee of examination performance.

Students are responsible for determining their own eligibility for any certification, examination, license, or credential.

Course Information and Student Responsibility

Let’s Talk Cabling makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful educational content. However, standards, codes, technologies, products, and industry practices change over time.

Students are responsible for verifying current requirements and exercising their own professional judgment before applying course information in the workplace or on a project.

Let’s Talk Cabling may correct, revise, update, add, or remove course materials as necessary to maintain or improve its educational programs.

Intellectual Property and Course Materials

Course materials provided by Let’s Talk Cabling are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use only.

This includes presentations, videos, recordings, key notes, handouts, practice questions, quizzes, assessments, worksheets, study guides, downloads, graphics, and other course resources.

Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, uploaded, published, sold, licensed, shared, displayed, or otherwise provided to another person or organization without prior written permission from Let’s Talk Cabling.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Let’s Talk Cabling, and their owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for losses or damages arising from a student’s participation in a course, reliance on course materials, application of information presented during instruction, or results on any examination or certification process.

If liability is established despite this limitation, total liability will not exceed the amount the student paid for the specific course or program giving rise to the claim.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or participating in a Let’s Talk Cabling course or educational program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Course Registration Terms & Conditions.
